Training and Development for Doctors and Dentists

If we offer you a role with us, it's because we believe you're the best person for the job. But we're also looking for people who want to improve and develop new skills. As we continue to grow and develop, there will be no shortage of exciting career opportunities - so we want you to grow and develop with us. Our commitment to lifelong learning led to Investors In People status in 2008. So what does that mean for you?

Encouragement and Support

Whichever team you join, you're bound to find a friendly and supportive environment - the best climate for you to develop new skills and expertise. Your manager will advise you on the best training options to suit your needs, and facilitate access to both in-house and external course through our organisational and training team.

You'll benefit from the close links we enjoy with a range of educational partners, including Oldham College, Manchester Metropolitan University and IT PC, a recognised IT training organisation. You'll also have access to the resources of our own well-stocked library and interactive intranet, which includes a course calendar and staff discussion forums.

Flexibility and support

We want working at CMFT to be as happy and secure an experience as possible. Outlined below are just some of the ways we try to help our staff enjoy a great quality of life.

Work-life balance

We strongly believe in the principle of flexible working, and try to put it into practice wherever possible. There are currently many different flexible working options in operation. How do we recruit?
