As a Medical Officer in the British Army, you will be expected to provide routine primary healthcare, ensuring the Army’s soldiers are fit for deployment on operations, immediate first aid and life-saving trauma care to injured soldiers and long term medical care from the hospital environment.

Suitable candidates will be qualified with a degree in medicine and registered with the General Medical Council.  We are also keen to hear from those still training. You must be either a British and Commonwealth Citizen or Citizen of the Republic of Ireland and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
