Salary: £74,000 per annum, 37 hours per week,
1 permanent post, 1 temporary post for 18 months

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, respected and innovative public health team which has an excellent reputation. Public Health has been welcomed into the local authority and this is a great opportunity to develop and influence the public health agenda and tackle the inequalities that exist across the area.

Permanent Post (Ref: PH1): an innovative individual, you will play a major part in the delivery of key health programmes. The initial assignment will cover issues relating to public health intelligence, health improvement as well as providing public health support to the Clinical Commissioning Group. We are looking for an outstanding individual to fill this senior post. You will need to be a confident, politically skilled and highly credible professional who is flexible and used to working across organisation boundaries.

Temporary Post (Ref: PH2): primary focus for this post is on the preventative health agenda with Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group where you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the preventative strategy with Calderdale CCG.
