University Lectureship
(Honorary Consultant Status)

Applications are invited for a University Lectureship in Clinical Histopathology in the Department of Pathology at the University of Cambridge to take up the appointment as soon as possible.

Applicants must be licensed by the General Medical Council and be Fellows of the Royal College of Pathologists (or hold an equivalent postgraduate qualification), be on the Specialist Register in Histopathology and have a number of years’ experience in clinical histopathology.

The successful applicant will be expected to develop and contribute to the teaching activities of the Department and participate in the Diagnostic Histopathology Service at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. The themes of the applicant’s diagnostic interests are not prescribed but should complement existing interests in the Department as described on its website (http://www.path.cam.ac.uk/)

The post is available immediately and is remunerated on the Clinical Academic Scale at Consultant level.
