The Consultant will work within the Rehabilitation Medicine Unit as part of the Department Of Medicine. You will be responsible for the rehabilitation of patients with acquired disabilities, primarily in areas of neurorehabilitation and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be given the opportunity to lead the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in patient management as well as clinical excellence. There will also be ample opportunities in developing and implementing new services, as well as being engaged in rehabilitation research and involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

Candidates must possess a basic Medical Degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council. In addition, you must possess a recognised postgraduate qualification such as MMed, MRCP or their equivalent that can be registered as a Specialist with the Singapore Specialists Accreditation Board.

Successful candidates must be highly motivated, adaptable, possess a good record in clinical excellence and commitment to medical education and research.
