This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern and forward thinking Occupational Health service. The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust Occupational Health Shared Services provides a service for three acute Trusts within Coventry and Warwickshire employing a combined workforce of approximately 14,000 employees. The service also provides an OH service for Warwick Medical School students, Coventry University healthcare students and a wide range of external organisations for the purpose of income generation.
The OH service is a forward thinking and developing shared service that has reduced waste and improved effi ciency by using the electronic employee record across the network.
You will have signifi cant experience at a Consultant level in Occupational Health, preferably within the NHS. You will be a confi dent communicator with fi rst class interpersonal and negotiating skills. You will have kept up to date with current Occupational Health NHS issues and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. You will also be required to travel between hospitals and a current clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
