Bayt Abdullah Children’s Hospice - Kuwait
Bayt Abdullah Children's Hospice (BACCH) is seeking a full time Consultant Physician in Paediatric Palliative Care to lead and develop Hospice Care in Kuwait.
BACCH is an exciting and ambitious programme as it is the first fully comprehensive Children's Palliative Care service in the Region. BACCH will provide holistic, multidisciplinary care for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening diseases and their families. This specialty programme aims to provide the five key dimensions in Paediatric Palliative Care: Inpatient Care, Daycare, Respite Care, Home Care and Outreach Support to hospitals. Our staff work collaboratively with Paediatric and sub specialist staff throughout the Ministry of Health to ensure care provision at a national level, as well as developing an education and research programme for Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and motivated multidisciplinary team working towards creating a centre of excellence in the Middle East.
Applicants must have full Board certification / membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health or equivalent, with experience working in Paediatric Palliative Medicine at Consultant level.

Monthly pay scale starts from USD 20,000 tax free, in addition to other benefits based on BACCH’s grading structure.
