We provide general and specialist hospital and community care for the people of East Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and South Staffordshire.
We aim for continual improvement and are now seeking up to three influential senior professionals to further build on our already substantial achievements. Serving as a Non–Executive Director you will have the ability and knowledge to contribute effectively at Board level, a genuine interest in Healthcare and Foundation Trust issues, good local knowledge and will also have at least one of the following sets of skills with relevant professional/technical experience and be able to devote a minimum of 3 days per month with flexibility to work longer days and sometimes evenings.
- A registered Medical Practitioner, perhaps at Royal College or Department of Health
level or occupying a senior academic role at a Midlands University - Senior level experience within a large, complex organisation or Legal profession
preferably specialising in commercial/corporate work - Senior level first rate financial experience including an accountancy qualifi cation
Property development having managed substantial and complex building contracts
