DIRECTOR OF THE CLINICAL TRIALS UNIT

A competitive salary package is available for an outstanding candidate.

This new post offers exciting opportunities to develop and implement multi-centre randomised trials and other large scale research studies based at the University of East Anglia (UEA), as well as pursuit of individual research interests, in collaboration with the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) and other members of UEA Healthcare Partners, a consortium of acute, mental health and community Trusts that work closely with the university.

The post will be ideally offered at professorial level, but appointments at senior lecturer or reader level may be made for suitably qualified candidates at an earlier stage of their academic career.  The post is open to applicants who are clinically and non-clinically qualified and part time working may be agreed, subject to a minimum requirement to work 0.5 FTE in the Clinical Trials Unit.
