We are seeking to recruit the Managing Director of NHS Solutions for Public Health. Solutions for Public Health is a not for profit business unit of the Greater East Midland Commissioning Support Unit. It aims to become the foremost centre of excellence of healthcare public health and a leading provider of population health services to the commissioners in health and local government in England, generating and supporting a complex set of contracts at the national, regional and local levels.
The postholder will require the commercial and business acumen to develop the business, providing specialist healthcare public health service in order to support commissioners in the new and complex health and local government arenas, operating at a size and scale that will deliver the best value to those commissioners. They will lead of growing team of public health consultants, researchers, analysts, business and project managers delivering high quality, cost effective services. They will have extensive networks in public health and in commissioning in the NHS in order to build a comprehensive client base.
This is a full time post for a CPHM/CPH based at Solutions for Public Health, 4150 Chancellor Court, John Smith Drive, Oxford OX4 2GX.
