 These posts do not attract National Training Numbers. However, previous trainees have had the posts recognised for training, and it may be useful for Out Of Programme Experience for Paediatric Cardiology Trainees.
 We are the UK Referral Centre for the Care of Pulmonary Hypertension In Children. The Service is part of the Cardiac Unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. Patients are seen at Great Ormond Street, and at Shared-care Clinics nationwide. These posts will give ample experience in the Diagnosis, Management and Follow-up of Children with Pulmonary Hypertension, including the introduction of new Therapies. They will offer opportunities for Clinical Research.
 The Fellows will be responsible for the work-up and day to day management of new patients, and the continuing care of current patients, including the necessary administrative documentation. Participation in the on-call rota of the Cardiac Unit is possible and encouraged.
