SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
There is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the Sexual Health Service and multi-agency Sexual Health Managed Care Network in NHS Grampian. Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and GU Medicine (GUM) work in an integrated way, operating from two City Centre sites, five minutes’ distance from each other, pending service co-location in the new-build Health Village anticipated for December 2013.
This is an exciting time to join the Service as it prepares for co-location in new facilities which will create an environment to enhance further Clinical Care and patient experience. The successful applicant will contribute to delivering an integrated Sexual Health and BBV strategy and framework.
Applicants will be expected to have MRCOG/MRCP and MFFP/MFSRH or equivalent, and to have undertaken RCOG/FFSRH Subspecialty Training in Community Sexual and Reproductive Health or Specialty Training in Genitourinary Medicine. Applicants must be on the Specialist Register or be within six months of the anticipated award of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or a Certificate of Eligibility of Specialist Registration (CESR)(CP) at the time of interview for the post.
Full registration with a licence to practise with the General Medical Council (GMC) is required. For more information visit: www.gmc-uk.org
