We are looking to appoint an exceptional Clinical Leader that can support us to achieve our ambition of “putting patients first”.
You will be a senior medic with a breadth of experience that allows you to lead the medical agenda in a complex acute environment. With strong leadership qualities and evidence of continued professional development, applicants will require extensive experience of working at a strategic level within the NHS.
As a member of the Executive Team you will be responsible for securing the success of the organisation as a Foundation Trust. This will require an enthusiasm for effective service delivery and a commitment to achieve.
You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders providing assurance and collaboration.
The role requires an ability to exercise sound judgement in the face of conflicting pressures, a commitment to delivering the best possible healthcare and excellent strategic skills.
