Applications are invited for a one year Fellowship in Vascular Surgery beginning October 2013 at Christchurch Hospital. This position would suit a Senior Registrar or Junior Consultant looking for a role specifically designed to provide them with continued intensive clinical experiences and training in Vascular Surgery.
The Canterbury District Health Board is the largest employer of the South Island, and employs around 9,500 staff. The Department of Vascular, Endovascular and Transplant Surgery is made up of four Vascular Consultants, one Vascular Trainee Registrar, two Vascular Fellows and one House Officer.

The successful candidate will be required to have:
Qualifications recognised for specialist registration with the New Zealand Medical Council
FRCS or equivalent
Experience in Vascular Surgery
