We are seeking to strengthen the team with the appointment of a Medical Advisor to support the company’s products in the Osteoporosis and Parkinson’s Disease areas.
Reporting to a Director of Medical Affairs, you will support existing products and impending new launches. You will provide the Brand Teams with medical advice including strategic advice, market access, promotional activities, research opportunities, scientific dialogue with opinion leaders, advisory boards and compliance. You will also provide the broader company with product and therapeutic expertise and champion high corporate ethical standards whilst providing support to colleagues in developing knowledge and skills. In addition you will sit on EU Regional Scientific Affairs teams.
You will be a fully GMC registered medical graduate with sufficient general medical training to have membership of the relevant Royal College. You will have relevant therapeutic expertise and seek your first move within the industry or into Medical Affairs. You will have high ethical standards, good communication and team working skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to think commercially.
