£30,992 to £53,663 per annum
The Norwich Medical School at UEA Is pleased to otrar a NIHR sponsored
Clinical L.ectureship in Cardiology, which will hold an
honorary appointment for clinical training with The Department of
cardiology at the NNUH. The post is part of the cardiology East of
England Deanery Training Programme, and is a recognised training
post registered by the Royal College of Physicians.
Designed to provide the successful candidate with training towards
their accreditation in cardiology and promote an academic research
career by conbibuling and davaloping excellence in research and
teaching alongside clinical and diagnostic skills, the postholder will
spend 50% of their time undertaking research and teaching and 50%
in clinical training.
Applications are invited from specialist trainees at ST3 level or above
who have already completed, or are currently submitting, a higher
research degree (PhD/MD or equivalent), and can demonstrate
potential for development as a Clinical Academic.
The post is available immediately, but the latest start date is
31 March 2013. The appointment will be subject to a criminal
record check at enhanced level from the Criminal Records Bureau.
