Leading the 24-strong UK and Ireland medical team is all about delivering excellence. The medical affairs, regulatory, biometrics, compliance, pharmacovigilance and medical information specialists are ‘on the ball’ and things run smoothly and efficiently … and your natural motivational and people development talents will enable you to inspire and develop them to achieve even more.
Networking with clinicians, KOLs and attending congresses, you’ll be working with your marketing colleagues supporting a sizeable field force to influence and optimise product positioning and presence. With a new product launch scheduled for next year, it’s a great opportunity to set things in motion from the outset. Also as a member of the UK/IE executive team, you’ll be participating in wider business issues.
With GMC or EU equivalent qualification, you’ve gained superb medical affairs insights and expertise from your broad pharma industry experience. Strategic in focus and always mindful of tactical delivery, you take ownership, establish credibility quickly and deliver substantive results with integrity. Approachable and engaging, you build relationships with ease and communicate consultatively and constructively.
