Applications are invited for the above vacancy based within the Wolfson Molecular Imaging Centre, tenable immediately for three years.
You will carry out a clinical and functional imaging research project in neurodegenerative disorders as part of the EU funded INMiND project and will be expected to register for a higher degree (MD or PhD). There will also be a clinical training element to this position with an emphasis on the diagnosis and management of patients with parkinsonian disorders, dementia syndromes and Huntington’s disease.
You will be expected to participate in the design and implementation of imaging studies in Neurodegeneration and Neuroinflammation. You will have completed general professional training, hold a GMC registration and have been awarded MRCP or equivalent status. It is also expected that you will have clinical experience in neurology or a related discipline.
