OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE

The GO Health Services provides specialist advice and support to 15,000 NHS Grampian employees and a range of other public and private sector businesses.
 As a new Consultant you will work to develop the teaching and research profile of GO Health Services whilst also contributing to the strategic and operational delivery of OH Services and the development through business planning and the acquisition of new contracts.
 Applicants must have the ability to work well within a Multidisciplinary Team and possess strong communication skills in order to promote innovation and change and also be able to communicate effectively to both managers and employees within the Board; therefore experience of working in a large, complex, multi-professional organisation would be advantageous.
 The role also involves a developmental leadership role with the University of Aberdeen in curriculum and teaching delivery for Occupational Medicine. Experience in curriculum development and support would be helpful
 Full registration with a licence to practise with the General Medical Council (GMC) is required.
