As one of the largest mental health trusts in the UK, we serve 1.6 million people and deploy 3,500 staff with a budget of £190 million per annum. We run five hospitals including one secure and operate out of over 100 locations. In this key role you will:
- provide Board level assurance for professional accountability (including re-validation) of medical staff
- provide strong strategic clinical leadership
- jointly lead the care quality agenda and its governance
- create a positive climate for effective partnership collaborations in the fields of research and development, innovations and service transformation
- lead and motivate the Directorate team, driving a culture of continuous development across the Directorate
