Provide medical leadership and inspiration to staff as we continue to transform our clinical services. This is part of a new way of working that focuses on the distinct needs of patients, supports greater clinical engagement and ownership in driving services and enables clinical teams to work more closely with external partners. Taking the lead on medical education, research and development and quality improvement innovations, you will also have professional responsibility for medical staff and contribute to the Trust’s wider strategy.
A consultant with senior leadership experience in an acute environment, you’ll be a fully registered member of the GMC. Professionally credible, you’ll be capable of developing strong working relationships, both internally and externally. Your management style will be inclusive and persuasive.
