Applications are invited for a Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine at Northwick Park, part of the North West London NHS Trust.
The Department of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine (ID) at NPH provides a comprehensive range of acute and outpatient services for patients with infection.
The Acute Assessment Unit at Northwick Park Hospital opened in December 2007 and includes an acute medical assessment area, short stay medical beds and High Dependency Unit (HDU).
You will participate in providing senior supervision to the Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine team at Northwick Park. You will spend approximately 50% of your duties in Infectious Diseases and approximately 50% in the AAU. You will be expected to work flexibly between the two departments.
The job is advertised at 10 programmed activities and applicants must possess MRCP and be in possession of a valid GMC Registration.
