Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust (HEFT) has been successful in competing for funding from Medical Education England to develop a pilot project for their Better Training, Better Care (BTBC) initiative. The Faculty of Education for HEFT is already heavily committed to development of its VITAL STEPS project for Foundation Doctors. The Faculty is looking for a highly motivated Doctor to work on this project.
This is an excellent opportunity to be established as a high flyer, with a record of high quality educational and patient safety research prior to or during early Specialty Training. It will provide a positive step towards a career/special interest in Medical Education and/or patient safety.
The successful candidate will be placed on the Specialty Registrar payscale (MN37) at the point commensurate with their previous experience.
