Applications are invited for a CLINICAL RESEARCH FELLOW based at the London Hip Unit and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore working with prestigious Surgeon SARAH MUIRHEAD-ALLWOOD, based in a Central London private consulting facility and involving facilities at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. The position will start in July/August 2012 (some flexibility) for a minimum of six months.
The clinical element encompasses all elements of in and outpatient care and Surgical support in a unit performing over 650 Hip Operations annually. The appointee will be a key member in an internationally renowned team providing an excellent Surgical Service.
The unit has a strong commitment and history of producing significant clinical academic papers and literature, as well as experience in research and development of prostheses and techniques of Hip Surgery. The job can accommodate in conjunction with MSc, BSc, etc. Excellent record of previous Fellows securing training number.
