CPFT is a Cambridge University Teaching Hospital Trust with very close links with the Department of Psychiatry, which provides a range of research and educational opportunities along with excellent Consultant colleagues and well established pathway teams to work with.

This post is based in the newly built, state of the art Cavell Centre, Peterborough, and the Consultant’s principal responsibility is for the treatment wards. The treatment wards run a three week pathway and are the mainstay of inpatient based interventions. The Consultant also provides input into the three day Assessment Unit and provides a bridge for smooth transition from the Assessment Unit onto the Treatment Wards and discharge back into the community through the Crisis Team.

You should have full GMC Registration and be on the Specialist Register. Alternatively, you should be within six months of obtaining your CCT.
