This is a rare opportunity to take on an academic leadership role for Gynaeoncology in one of the largest Cancer Centres in the UK. The successful appointee will join a multi-disciplinary School which competes at the highest levels of research, clinical trials and teaching. He/she will have an excellent record in research and teaching, and will work with colleagues in the School and the wider University to sustain current research areas and develop new research programmes. The appointee will be clinically qualified and expected to take up appropriate clinical duties within the Pan-Birmingham Gynaecological Cancer Centre which is part of Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust. This is a crucial strategic post for the University for which a competitive salary and package will be offered.
