Gastroenterology: new subspecialties

I am currently approaching my third year of specialist training in endocrinology/diabetes. I now feel that I have made the wrong choice and would like to change specialty to gastroenterology. How easy or feasible would this be? Would the year of high intensity medicine at SpR level be counted at all for another number?
