I have done my specialisation in India and recently obtained basic specialist equivalence in chemical pathology from the Royal College of Pathology. I am now eligible for an SpR post in chemical pathology but it is timebound, so that I should be in post and registered with the General Medical Council by 31 July 2007. I am having difficulty in getting a post, however, as there are hardly any jobs in chemical pathology advertised in BMJ Careers . I feel my BST equivalence will ultimately be of no use. Please suggest something
